Empowering continuation and alternative high school students through mentorship, personal development, and positive engagement. Pathway Crew helps students build confidence, overcome challenges, develop essential life skills, and create meaningful pathways toward graduation and future success.

Career Exploration &
Workforce Readiness
Preparing students for life beyond high school through career exploration, workforce readiness, and real-world learning experiences. In Between Crew helps youth develop essential skills in communication, professionalism, résumé writing, interviewing, and workplace accountability. Through mentorship and community partnerships, students explore career pathways, build confidence, and prepare for opportunities in employment, continued education, and independent living.

Strengthening families through education, meaningful conversations, and practical resources. Family Crew equips parents and caregivers with tools to better understand their teens, improve communication, navigate challenges, and build stronger relationships that support student success both at home and in school.
